  • Drea brings an amazing plethora of subjects for photo ops

• Photograph Glassware, Fruit, smoke, dancing paint, water drops, flowers, still life, etc., etc. We hope you can join us! You will learn about composition, aperture, shutter speed, focus stacking and more -- AND this is an event that is about MORE than learning, you will leave with award-winning images!

• This workshop is great for beginners and advanced photographers

  • If you are an advanced photographer then you can come and get exposed to all kinds of props, water drops, smoke, blacklight, etc. etc. Photo ops galore!!

  • If you are an intermediate photographer come and learn how to master manual mode!

  • If you are a beginner or just got a camera then come and learn how to use your new gift. Learn about: aperture, when to use f4 & when to use f22, receive compositional advice, and more

• Things to bring:

  • your camera

  • tripod

  • cable release (if you have one)

  • polarizer (we have an indoor polarizer setup) (if you have one)

  • LED light (if you have one)

  • memory cards and all your batteries

  • focusing rail (if you have one)

  • Lenses:

    • a regular 24-105 or similar lens works well

    • a macro lens (if you have one)

    • a 75-300/70-200/40-150 lens (if you have one)

  • Please feel free to ask us questions about your camera, about the setup, about composition, lenses, etc.

  • Setups and still life materials 9am to 4pm.

  • Active instruction by Tom 9-11. Tom will help you create great images 9-11am, helping you with your settings, compositions, etc. and will still answer specifc questions after 11am if you have questions.

  • So many setups and compositions -- create oodles of images
