The workshop includes tips on approaching and photographing wildlife, capturing birds standing, wading, fishing, and in-flight, composition, lighting, exposure, etc.
We will demonstrate techniques and settings to get better standing and flying bird photographs. Shutter speed, iso, burst mode, focusing, focus limiter, focus peaking, etc.
Limited number of participants
Transportation, Lodging, meals, refuge/preserve fees (if applicable) are not included.

We will have fun. Dress layers. You will have access to your car.
This workshop will teach you the many important aspects of bird photography, including but not limited to exposure (changes dramatically when the eagle is against the sky or the water), which autofocus mode to choose, which drive to use, light angle, stopping action, blurring action, composition, head angle, predicting behavior, exposure, etc.
Bring a 300mm lens or longer (there are many people there with 600 and 800mm lenses), but bring a 70-200 type lens too as the birds come quite close too. Either a Tripod or a Monopod or a Black Rapid type strap https://amzn.to/3gSVKDA is useful during slow times.
